Delivery

At Emmanuelle Zysman, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery service for all your orders. Here are the details of our processing and shipping practices.

Order processing

All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 working days after confirmation. We do not process orders during weekends and public holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Carrier

All our orders are shipped via Colissimo, a reliable delivery service that ensures fast and secure distribution of your items.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. In mainland France, allow between 2 and 5 working days after your order is processed. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to follow your delivery in real-time.

Delivery zones

We deliver throughout mainland France, in Europe, and in some non-European countries. Please check international delivery availability at the time of ordering.

Delivery problems

In case of delivery delay, please contact us at shop@emmanuellezysman.fr. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and products. We will handle claims on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.


Return Policy

Returns

At Emmanuelle Zysman, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You have a right of withdrawal, and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry according to the conditions described below.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The simplest way is to use our free online withdrawal feature, accessible at any time during this period: Send a withdrawal request (link also available at the bottom of each page of the site). After confirmation, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email stating the date and time of your request. You can also write to us at shop@emmanuellezysman.fr.

Exclusions

In accordance with the law, custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry — manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized — are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and intact packaging. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the jewelry resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the jewelry.

Defective or non-compliant item

If, upon delivery, your jewelry appears to be defective or not in conformity with your order, contact us immediately by email, describing in detail the jewelry and the defect found. We will inform you of the procedure for exchanging or returning the item.

Refund

Once we are informed of your decision to withdraw, we will refund all sums paid (including standard delivery costs) via the original payment method, no later than 14 days after this notification. We may defer reimbursement until the jewelry has been recovered or until you have provided proof of its shipment.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item — in which case, the costs are covered by Emmanuelle Zysman.
