All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days after confirmation. We do not process orders during weekends and public holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

All our orders are shipped via Colissimo, a reliable delivery service that ensures fast and secure distribution of your items.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For metropolitan France, allow 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Return Policy
Returns
At Emmanuelle Zysman, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry according to the conditions described below.
Return Period and Process
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to make a return. To initiate a return, contact us at shop@emmanuellezysman.fr specifying your order details and the reasons for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Conditions
Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any return not complying with these conditions may be refused.
Defective or Non-compliant Item
If, upon delivery, your jewelry appears to be defective or not compliant with your order, contact us immediately by email, describing the jewelry and the defect in detail. We will instruct you on the procedure for exchange or return of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item — in which case, the costs are covered by Emmanuelle Zysman.
